I was afraid I wouldn't lose after having a 2.8 pound "whoosh" last month but I was able to go down another .6 lbs to 237.2. I kinda wish I could have seen 236.x but I'll see it next week if TOM doesn't get in the way.

Well chickies I am only down .2 this week but I ate some salty cashews last night and I think that may have been a factor so I am going to weigh again in the am since I was down most of last week by 1.0

Down 3.4 pounds this week - I was ready for a woosh since I had a slight gain last week.

I've finished 4 weeks back on WW and have said goodbye to 20 pounds this month. Hoping to lose 10 more by the end of April!

LOL Nancy - 14 of those pound were In my first week. I'm heavier and I tend to carry lots of water weight. I expected a big loss that week - I averaged out after that
