Default First time in my adult life.....
I am not overweight anymore. My BMI is 24.4, indicating my weight is in the Normal category. I know that I am on the upper side and I want my BMI to be close to 20-21 but still I am so proud and happy.

This is great forum and I want to thank all of you for support....
