Hi everyone
I've just joined this community and so far, it looks awesome!
I've battled the scale for most of my adult life - Up 30, down 20. Up another 25, down 10. I've got a couple years left in my 30's and I *refuse* to hit the big 4-0 unhealthy and unfit.
I've rejoined WW - I have had success with their program(s), as long as I can keep motivated. I've decided to try and surround myself with positivity and with people who can relate - I'm hoping that will help build the right formula to get off the up/down ride. I'm so done with it!
So, I'm happy to be here and I hope to get lots of great insight and tips!
