My name is Stephanie and just got started on here. I have 7 kids LOL 4 of my own and 3 step kids. They are all wonderful!
I stay at home now and it has been a challenge for me. At the beginning of my smaller journey I weighed 204, got down to 168. Quit my job to stay at home and poof 185 now! Learning to balance my eating. On the path to be a normal eater. Eat when hungry and stop when satisfied. I really enjoy working out, but I need balance there also!
Wow....the children should keep you moving. My mother had 10 children. I'm the middle child. At least I never was bored growing up and always had someone to play with. Good luck reaching your goal. This is a great site.
