I like smoothies
For P2, I like to make protein smoothies- 1 scoop protein powder, 1 banana, ice and almond/skim milk in the blender! Yum!
Also, I like 1/2 cup oatmeal with milk and natural peanut butter on top (and 1/2 a banana sometimes)
For P1, I also like black beans with low fat sour cream, avocado, salsa and a tiny bit of cheese. You can also make the smoothie without the banana and add a bit of kale/spinach or an extra scoop of protein powder too!
