I really had to share this. I am now 20 pounds down (after a maddening plateau that kept me at 15 for weeks... thank you, guzzling water, that really worked to break it!), but yesterday, I was feeling down about how I didn't really look all that different or feel all that different. So I threw on a pair of black pants that I bought about a month ago, and was even more bummed that they weren't even loose.

But at the end of the day, when I took them off.... I realized that they were not the same pants (how did that happen??)... They were an old pair I had that were two sizes smaller. Wow. That felt amazing!

Love that mistake! I'm down only 6 pounds now, and can't wait to be able to get into those jeans I "outgrew" a year ago. Good for you!

Cinderella... It's not "only" six pounds. That is a lot! Since I started this whole thing it's been more difficult than I can say.. but it's paying off and I think six pounds is terrific!
