I'm know you can't target weight loss. But I guessed this way to trim my inches off. I've never kickboxed before, so I kind of made up my own thing. What I made for my sides was this:
Stand with feet shoulder width apart
Bring your left knee up to your chest and pull it towards your right leg, twisting your side, but keeping your feet firm
While lifting your leg, lift your arms and pull both of them towards the outside of your leg
Do that like, 8 times, and switch. It's good for your back, legs, abs, arms, and sides
