Default :( had a gain this week

Phooey...

As you know, hubby and I have been doing great with SB since Jan. 2...
This week I had a 2 lb. gain.

I haven't been doing anything differently, it's not PMS or TOM and I weigh daily, so it is not just a fluctuation... it's been there for a couple of days.

So depressing.

I need advice... should I do a couple of Phase I days to flush out?
Hubby is still losing, so I don't know what is going on.

Don't get discouraged! Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE gains from time to time. If you know you didn't cheat, then it's okay. Maybe your body needs a little shake up to kick it back into losing mode. Doing a week of Phase 1 might work - or perhaps some exercise? Whatever you do, don't let one we of gain overshadow several weeks of loss.

I wouldn't go back to phase 1 unless you are having serious cravings for carbs!
Body weight fluctuates so don't be too worried. Like you could have been having a bit too much sodium and that causes water retention and hence weight gain. Also, you may be having too many calories or carbs. Trying counting for the next day or so to ensure you aren't eating too much. Track sodium as well. Good luck!

I think it's good to learn it happens, and to not let it derail you. Just keep on keepin' on, and it'll drop again, sometime.

Unless of course you at 7,000 extra calories you won't admit to!

I feel stupid... today is my official weigh in and it's gone... I didn't lose any this week, but I was exactly the same that I was last Monday.

No more whining. LOL
