LA Plan Numbered vs LA Colored Plan. Please Help!
Hey!
Which plan do you prefer the old Colored LA PLan or the LA Numbered Plan? I am going to start either one in a few days after I do a Take Off but not sure which one? It looks like the Numbered Plan has more food than the Colored Plan. Is this true? Also which gives better results? Faster? Easier? Long term? TIA for taking the time out to help me!!
