First weigh in today
And I lost 15.2 lbs! Wooohooooo! That is major for me! I think any other plan that I have been on the most I lost was around 6 lbs the first week! I know some of that is water weight but I don't care, it is still fifteen lbs less than I was a week ago. I am beyond thrilled. I can really see staying on this plan for a long time. I am almost in tears because I know this time I REALLY am going to do it!!!!
