8 week update....
Finished up my 8th week on the "tweak fit easy food planner" (sorry I can't add the link, not enough posts yet) and 12 cups of water per day. Only starving myself of garbage food. Fruit and veggies anytime on top of the diet planner. Hopped on the scale this morning and have lost 23.6 pounds in those 56 days. Works out to 2.95 lbs per week. Running a 1000 calorie per day deficit eating 1600 and burning 2600. Walking 5 miles per day at 3.0 mph on the treadmill as well. Last week I bought a cheap home gym. Thought doing some light upper body weight training would help out with the resting metabolic deal. Cutting out all processed food, soda and munchies has really accelerated this weight loss so far I guess. The first 4 week weight loss was 14.4 lbs and the last 4 weeks worked out to 9.2 lbs. I did expect to level off somewhat though. Next goal is a total loss 25 lbs by next wednesday morning (end of two calender months). Going on a mini boot camp untill then. See ya next time!
