Smile I need a diet program

Hi everyone (=
I want your help plz
I lost 27 lb by random dieting , from six month back I am trying to lose weight by already gain 5 lb I am always break my diet , I cannot commit on , but today I feel different I want to work really hard to lose weight
I need your help
How to decide my diet what to eat and when?

Welcome and good luck. The best diet for you is the one you will follow. it is OK to experiment to see what is best for you.After trial and error I found that calorie counting works best for me.
