Hi I am back. I was surprised I remembered my member details. Just finishing first 2 weeks of SB and feeling great. I have used it before so I know it works. Already down eight pounds and this time I plan on going all the way down to a healthy goal weight. Would love to know how to start a tape for count down and to visit regularly. Please post me an answer if you can help me with this.

Aha, that explains why I couldn't get it working after several attempts. Here I was thinking it was a problem with my web browser's display. I just added two from Ticker Factory as well as I too have just returned from a hiatus.
