Default C25K - completed!

This morning was W9D3 of C25K! I completed 5k in 46:24 - walked for ~5 mins at the beginning and end, and ran ~35 mins (2.5 miles) in the middle. This was my 3rd C25K attempt and this was the first time I made it past week 3. Week 5 was TOUGH but it was all downhill after I finished week 6.

I still am in shock!!

Thanks guys!! No shame in repeating weeks! When I started the first time I couldn't even do 30 secs of running, so I have come a loooooooong way for sure.

Now I am still trying to find something to do next! I want to get faster. Maybe I will start it over, but instead of walk/run, I'll do run slow/run fast. Hmm...
