Helping move/get rid of water weight?
I am sooo sore today and I am retaining so much water. I finally broke down and had to use the body massager on my legs, thighs, and calfs because hot baths just weren't doing it. I'm also taking a rest day today because my body is clearly trying to tell me it needs one, and trying to drink as much water as I can handle.
Is using that massager moving any of the water out of those muscles at all, or am I just dumb? They feel a **** of a lot better, and I've really been trying to be good. The scale's been up from the water retention, and I really want to see what my real weight is.
