I am using the ketosis sticks and show that I am in ketosis but I feel like I could be doing something better since my loss has been slow in coming. Should I not worry as long as I am in ketosis?

Don't worry about the ingredients in the IP foods- they are allowed when they are IN the IP foods because they are in specific, controlled amounts. The Southwest Cheese Curls are simply a restricted item, like the chips and bars. You are allowed to have one pack a day.
And don't use ketostix. They are unreliable and your body will be in and out of ketosis depending on the day. Waste of money. Just stick with the plan and the weight will come off. Unfortunately we can't will it to come off faster, but that's just life. Give it a few more weeks- you don't have very much to lose!
