Default Frustrated!

I am in phase 1 and was told I could have the southwest cheese curls (of course I love them) but read the ingredients and they are made with dehydrated potato and potato starch! Since potatoes are not allowed will this ingredient cause a problem? I understand they are a "restricted item" but it seems like they should not be allowed at all? Also, I read other threads that they were discontinued?

Thoughts?

Not sure if you can have them. My coach said we can have one restricted item per day wanted. I don't see the southwest cheese curls on my list of foods to order...I think if they gave them to you then you can have them ONCE per day! I would call the coach tomorrow and ask to be sure..:-)

if they are an IP product from IP then they are good to go as a restricted Once a day only of course.

They were "suggested" by the coach. Which is a whole other story! Let's just say...3FC's has become my new coach.

I am using the ketosis sticks and show that I am in ketosis but I feel like I could be doing something better since my loss has been slow in coming. Should I not worry as long as I am in ketosis?

Don't worry about the ingredients in the IP foods- they are allowed when they are IN the IP foods because they are in specific, controlled amounts. The Southwest Cheese Curls are simply a restricted item, like the chips and bars. You are allowed to have one pack a day.

And don't use ketostix. They are unreliable and your body will be in and out of ketosis depending on the day. Waste of money. Just stick with the plan and the weight will come off. Unfortunately we can't will it to come off faster, but that's just life. Give it a few more weeks- you don't have very much to lose!
