Trying to find one for both? Heard for egg you can use 2-3 egg whites and one yolk? Anyone confirm? Thanks

Two whole eggs plus one egg white = protein packet, and tastes darn good too. I add a slice of veggie cheese. Yum!

Vegetarian cheese, made from soy. Look in the soy section of grocery store . I use it as an occasional free treat, I know that Wuv uses it, too. If you are concerned, check with your coach. Another idea is the Land 'O Lakes cheddar sprinkles to give your omelet a cheesy taste.

Any specific brand names for the veggie cheese everyone uses? Each one of them I looked at had carbs & fat and I was uncertain about the threshold that would be acceptable.

The brand I buy is Galaxy Nutritional Foods and is called Veggie Shreds. It has 60 cal. per serving of 1/4 cup, fat 4g, carb 1g, and protein 6g. Hope this helps.
