On a good morning I'm about 246 (tom + sodium = a pound or two more sometimes), and I'd love to be in the 230's by the end of March.
I'm exercising almost every day and I've never felt better, but my weakness is still fast food since I'm on the road a lot and can't cook. That said, I'm calorie counting at 1800 a day max, and I never exceed that - usually it ends up being 1400-1700 depending.
I've been a little discouraged because I've been giving in to high calorie things a bit lately, but I still have at least met my calorie goal - I just know the food itself isn't that healthy...but here's to seeing the 230's on the scale by April!
