GOAL: Can't do this in minutes, so am aiming for a 2 mile walk every day with hopes of increasing the distance and adding more activity. Hope that's ok to include here.

1 - Two-mile walk
2 - Two-mile walk
3 - Two-mile walk, plus a walk around town (distance unknown)
4 - Two-mile plus walk (need to get out the pedometer and start measuring the distance)
5 - Two mile walk
6 - Two miles plus
7 - No walk

12 - No walk - no time - not a good pattern

6 - Karen Voigt tape, step/cardio/weights, 35 minutes.
7 - Keli Roberts step/cardio/light weights; 30 minutes.
8 - Gilad's Step and Tone; 30 minutes. Jackie Warner dvd; 20 minutes = 50 min.
9 - Anni's Life Force dvd, 50 minutes; Cathe abs, 10 minutes = 60 minutes.
10 - No exercise.
11 - Anni's Cardio Force dvd, 55 minutes.
