Hi, I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a 33 year old wife, a mother of two, and an IT Queen for a medical clinic. I'm new to WW, although I just have the book, but didn't actually sign up for the program

I have tried many diets in the past, and I have a binge eating problem. I am about forty pounds overweight right now. I enjoy outdoor activities and running, so the exercise part isn't really an issue; it's the eating

Anyhoo, I hope to post here and learn how to use the weight watchers program effectively.

Hey, You just described me. I'm an IT Queen also (I'm stealing that BTW ), binge eater and mother of 1.

I know there are a few of us who track points without being officially signed up for WW. I do on line only, and love it.
