Default Healthy Muffins

Can anyone suggest a healthy muffin that I can eat from time to time for breakfast? I have been looking all around and I can't find anything. What do you all suggest? I really don't want to bake anything.

I know trader joe has some which are high in fiber and really low in sugar....I believe they have some protein in it too...Sorry it has been a long time since I have bought them

Jamba Juice has some protein muffins and cookies too just make sure you factor it into your meal plan and you should be okay..
