As you may not know, in Canada we have nothing like Trader Joe's. Even regular products we don't have the same flavours of (take Luna bars... we get maybe 5 flavours here, and they're all the crappy ones)
I'm taking a trip to the states next week so I was wondering what I should pick up. (Doesn't necessarily have to be from Trader joes, I'll also be going to fred meyer and costco.
Fruit and veggies won't be on my list as there is a lot of regulations about bringing them back across the border.
I already have nut butters (seriously, I have yet to find an almond butter or something like it here), lara/luna bars, fiber one 80 cal (I think it was honey) cereal - ours up here tastes like crap and it's 200 calories a bowl!
Thinking about getting coconut oil - not totally set on that yet
I would love to hear your ideas/your must haves from there
Ok, probably not conducive to a weight loss forum, but I freaking love the trader joe's dark chocolate peanut butter cups. I haven't had one in months, but I have a box, barely touched because I just need one every so often, haha.

Those peanut butter cups are amazing! Definitely tough to give those up when dieting
Some of my favorite snacks to buy are the white cheddar corn puffs, Clif bars, and dried apricots
They have these pouches of freeze dried grapes that are ahhhhmazing! I think it's 120 or 130 for the whole bag. I would use that for when you have a craving for something very sweet and crunch. Yum! They have them in rasberries too, but the grapes are a whole lot better in my opinion.
Have you tried Costco for almond butter? I'm trying to remember if Vancouver has a Costco, but I bought a big jar of it in a tiny town Costco (Okotoks, Alberta, about half hour south of Calgary) and even they stocked it!
