Default spark people/ calorie intake/ slump

hi all, so i use spark people to calculate my calories- i also try to stick within my assigned nutrients, but whether i do, or do not, not a big deal to me.

anways, i started using spark people at around 188 lbs, and my calorie range is between high 1300's to low 1800s. usually, i eat about 1550-1600 on a good day, this is natural for me.

i am also unfortunately hitting a slump of sorts in my plan. i am tired all the time, i find that i am having more "accidents"- aka times when i should have been alert and prevented something from happening, and i wasnt. ex: hitting a knuckle off a boiling tea pot, nipping a finger making salad, tripping down the stairs, and todays ice wipe out.

while i have always been abscent minded and have always had these little things happen sporadically, i feel as though this has increased significantly recently, which i can only attribute to fatigue. maybe not even fatigue, but not giving my body enough to ...function?

i'm not sure what's going on. i've had a TERRIBLE week, i know my BC is doing funny things (im making a dr's appointment for late next week as that's when i go home- 4 hours away- to visit my family, and that's where she is).

i know i'm anemic, which could also be the issue (my mother is EXTREMELY anemic, this is very low iron, which makes you very tired).

but anyways to get back to my original question- does anybody know how to adjust (read: up) calories on spark people??

Under your daily nutritional tracker (where you record your eating), there are some buttons. The 4th one down is "change nutritional goals". Click on that and it will take you to a place to adjust calories, carbs, and so on. Hope this helps! That website can be really confusing.

I'm anemic, and I also get clumsy when I have allergies (cloudy headed and inner ear problems) so I know what you mean. Good luck!

Good morning, I too am a member of SparkPeople and find that their nutrition tracker is marvelous - I use it for calculating my calories and other nutrients.
