Default Weigh ins

How often do you do weigh ins? I've just started serif the numbers drop on te scale so I've been weighing every morning but I also feel like it would be a nice shock value to see a 3 lbs loss after a week of not weighing.

Just curious

I've found my comfort level at twice a week -- Wednesday and Sunday morning. (I'm in maintenance mode.) Any more than that becomes obsessive (for me), and any less makes it harder for me to get back on track quickly and easily if I veer off-course.

I weigh myself every morning after potty. I only count my weight (change ticker, calorie goal, etc) on Thursdays.

right now, every morning- unless i make a concious decision not to weigh in for several days sometimes (following being super off plan and getting it back in gear).

i NEED to stop this and do twice a week, as sometimes i find myself being really excited to go to bed, just to wake up and weigh myself in the morning- which is a horrible obsession.

During my weight loss, I never weighed myself at all--even for a starting weight. I focused on changing my behavior and figured I would let the pounds fall where they may. Once I had reached a clothing size I was satisfied with, I knew I would have to weigh in to figure out how many calories I would need to maintain. I still haven't quite figured that out yet (it's been about three months, and so far, my range is 2100-2200). So, for now, I'm weighing in once every 2 weeks or so.

I weigh-in once weekly. Anymore than that and I get obsessive about it. I'm on a very un-restrictive 1600 calorie diet, so I expect the numbers to creep down very slowly.

I weigh in every Sunday morning. Best for me to weigh in only once a week.
