Default cinnamon benefits

I just got back from my first personal training session with my trainer and it went really great! I wanted to share a cool little tip he gave. I tend to get really intense cravings especially TOM and he said that cinnamon helps get rid of cravings! It also helps regulate your blood sugar levels! so he said add a few sprinkles to your oatmeal, your toast, your yogurt, on apples, in tea etc and it will help all through out the day! just thought I'd share this cool tip! here is also a cool article I found on it!

I take cinnamon in capsules (and add it tons of food) every day. It's amazing.

Check the cinnamon if it is too harsh.

"Cinnamon verum" or Celyon cinnamon is milder than Cinnamon cassia or "Chinese cinnamon."

I wish I had read this before I ate my oatmeal this morning! Thanks! I'll have to try that. I have chocolate cravings all the time though, not just TOM.

I add cinnamon to my oatmeal every morning. It isnt the regular cinnamon, but one of the slightly more expensive kind. More mild and very yummy!

You could try sugarfree hot cocoa with cinnamon. I found it surprisingly good.
