NSV: Fastest time
I've been training for a 5k for the past two weeks or so, but I have been running for about 4 or 5 months now.
I usualy just jog at a 5.0 with a 1% incline and do a 12 min mile. Today I ran a 9:49 Mile!
That is the best time that I have EVER ran. At one point I was sprinting at a 8.0 for 2 min.
When I hit the mile and looked at the time, I almost started to cry. I am so proud.
In middle school when I was around 200lbs my mile time was around 16 min. I would walk all of it. There was a special " 10 Min mile club" If you ran a mile in that time, you got your picture on the wall.
I might not be on that wall, but I will be in that 10 min mile club, at least to me I will be!!
