Default goal weight = impossible?

Okay, so i restarted the 2nd part of my journey about 4 months ago and am down to my lowest weight ever/ 26 lbs down.

I'm continuing good eating habits-- i dropped my calories from 1428 to 1323 calories a day due to the weight lost and the scale is showing results. but i'm really in "uncharted" territory and am worried that i will never reach my goal weight because all the weights between here and there i've never been before...

Its never impossible.

It might be alot of work, but nothing is impossible. 119 seems reasonable for your height also. I know I start to get nervous and scared the lower I get as well. All we can do is stick with it!

It's not carved in stone, you can change it at any time, either up or down, depending on what is comfortable for you.

Try not focusing on the weight you haven't been before and focus on why you are doing this: for yourself. Anything new is scary, becuase the unknown is frightening-but the unknown of it all is what can be the greatest thing to discover. Sometimes we all like to hold on to what were used to, even if it is bad, it is safe in our minds, expect more from yourself and know you desevre a deeper fullfillment then the present. Maybe instead focus on how you see your body changing, and how your body is feeling now. Don't give up to fear.

Never impossible!!! I weighed 180 lbs when I was twelve. I have never in my adult life weighed less than that, until now. You CAN do this!

You can do it! And if you get close but are happy with how you look, you can always stop. None of us really know what we'll look like at our goal weights (unless you've been there before), so you might find yourself wanting to be a little higher or lower. But if you stick with your plan I'm sure you can do it!

It's not impossible! You just need to reevaluate each time you go down since this is uncharted territory for you

I never in a million years thought I would get down to 120. Never. It was only because my scale was borked that I wound up getting here. I thought I was 10lbs heavier the whole time I was losing weight!!

I'm glad though. I don't know if I would have pushed myself to get here had I really known how much I weighed. I really like my body despite its imperfections

I also have never weighed this little in my adult life! I know I was in the 130s in elementary school!

Anything is possible! I would research eating healthy, if you don't already, and keep up with that. Drink plenty of water, exercise and learn to eat smaller portions. It will become natural over time and you'll lose weight as well as keeping the weight down!

It's definitely possible! My lowest adult weight was 136 when I was 19 years old. Well this summer I reached 132, and I'm now 27 and have had two babies in less than two years. Just take it day by day and you will know when you're in a comfortable place. You can do this!
