i don't know if i'm just looking for some positive feedback/encouragement but all weekend i've been looking forward to today - the day i start my diet! first off i went to the gym this morning and although i only did 30 mins of cardio i worked up a sweat and feel AMAZING. to top it off i've only had water to drink (although i did buy myself a small cup of coffee with 2 skim milks and 2 sugars) and to eat today i've had: 1 banana, 1 liquid yogurt (Activia in Vanilla flavour), a 12 grain sandwich with lettuce, cheddar cheese (thinly sliced), and tomato. and i'm about to make a dinner consisting of 1 boiled egg, broccoli and cauliflower. i really hope this isn't the excitement of january and that i carry this on the upcoming months as i REALLY want to lose weight. apologies for the rant i'm just so happy!!
