Default What a way to begin the new year
I am extremely excited that today when I weighed myself that I saw 190anything. It has been over ten years that I have seen a number like that. While I realize that there is a long road ahead, I am encouraged to continue forward. Just thought I would share. Thx

A well deserved congratulations to you!

I know 200 is just a number, like any other, but it carries a lot of psychological punch! I also broke that barrier 3 weeks ago after 10+ years.

Have you decided how you're going to celebrate it?

Thank you so much Salley. I am so proud of myself. I hadnt even thought of a reward for myself. Lol. Im more fucus on keepung the momentum going. I will set aside som time and maybe treat myself to a mani/pedi or something. Or even better maybe a new book.
