Default Red Team 2012 Resolution Revolution Nutrition Thread Week 2 (01/09-01/015)

This is the format for the Nutrition Journal for those who wish to utilize it. You could also add total calories for the day to the bottom of each day (if you are a calorie counter) or points (Weight Watchers), or just simply POP (perfectly on plan) ... whatever works for you ...
Just cut and paste into your own post and return each day to EDIT (update) that same post, please do not repost for each day.. Thank You!!

Lunch -Ham sandwich on whole wheat
Supper -baked pork steak, dumplings, sourkraut, green beans, skim milk
Snacks (am/pm) - hot chocolate, ice cream, grapes
Total Calories=1334

Tuesday
Breakfast -wheaties, skim milk, sugar
Lunch -Grilled swiss chees sandwich, hot chocolate, pickles
Supper -Stirfry beef and veges, rice
Snacks (am/pm) - chocolate ice cream, hot chocolate
Total Calories= 1240

Wednesday
Breakfast -
Lunch -
Supper -
Snacks (am/pm) -
Total calories= 2456 calories bad day

Thursday
Breakfast -
Lunch -
Supper -
Snacks (am/pm) -

Friday
Breakfast -
Lunch -
Supper -
