Default FINALLY made it back into the 130s!

I hit 139.6 one morning (while my stomach was completely empty), but I was wary of the success. I figured it was just a fluctuation and that I'd be back up into the 140s the next day. Nope! Now I'm a little over 138 and still have the same feeling, but I'm trying to be triumphant rather than wary.

This is part 1 of two sequential mini goals My first was just to get into the 130s again (which I haven't been in since high school I think. At least 4 years ago). The second is to actually make it to 135. Then go from there!

I can't believe I finally made it into the 130s! It's like a dream come true.

Congratulations! I'm hoping to get to 130s in 3 months. I've just finished two weeks of healthy eating and moderate exercising and have lost 4.4 pounds so far! Trying to do it the right way and your mini goal is so inspiring! Keep up the good work!
