Haha this is an all inclusive group! We can just call it "Working Toward 250!"
Does anyone have big challenges coming up this week? We have Sharks season tickets, so we will be going 3 times this week. Every time I go, it's a struggle. I want nachos so bad!!! I always eat before I go and I know I can have cotton candy if I really want a treat as it's 200 cal per bag, but it doesn't help the fact that I want nachos. I try to tell myself nachos are not worth being fat!
Some of the things I want to do when I lose a bunch of weight are skydiving (if I make my July goal of 215, I'm going!), and going to a theme park without worrying about fitting on all the rides. I scuba dive, so the more weight I lose means less weight I have to wear to make me neutrally buoyant and as I get in shape, I'll get to spend more time before I deplete my tank of air. I also want to be fit enough to hike with my dog on some of the off-leash trails.
I just keep reminding myself of all these things when I want nachos, or french fries, or chicken fingers! Tonight we are going out to Red Robin and I am going to have the bruchetta chicken sandwich with a side salad with italian. No fries! It's a total of 750 cal and with my frozen pizza I had for brunch, it's going to be an 1180 calorie day, plus 30 min elliptical
