Red face New here!

Hi everyone,

I officially joined WW online yesterday after a very long hiatus and I'm looking for some support!

I did WW as a teen with my mom and was very successful with it, losing 80 lbs and got down to about 165 lbs. I've since regained 20 of those and after school, love, and breakups there's no time like the present to get back on track and finally reach that ultimate goal of 150. The thought of losing just 35 lbs has never seemed so daunting.

I'm 24, from Montreal Canada

Good for you for getting back on track! Do you plan on doing any exercising?

Absolutely...that's another thing I have to get back on track with. Last January I was introduced to CrossFit and did that 3x a week from Jan to June and once the summer hit, I stopped going. My goal is to get to the gym 3 times a week. I plan on doing spinning at least once a week, crossfit twice and maybe a yoga/pilates for flexibility.

My work pays for my gym membership and it's a really nice gym. I have no excuse

I hear you on the thought of even 35lbs being daunting. I have no idea how I'm going to get to my goal weight but if other people can do it, there's no reason I can't. Gotta keep on keepin' on

Congrats on getting back into it before you undid everything you worked so hard for! And welcome!
