Default It's not all about the numbers
I have almost lost my first 10 pounds (9.6) on Weight Watchers and am thrilled. But I was feeling a bit down because my measurements weren't really reflecting this loss...until I put on a pair of jeans and went shopping. I had to keep pulling them up!

I was amazed and excited again. I have to keep telling myself...it's not just the numbers on the scale or on the tape measure. There is so much more to look at...the way my clothes fit and the extra energy I feel. These are the things that really count.

What a great attitude! One of my best motivators is watching my pants slowly get too big for me and then getting to go out and buy a new pair in the next size down.

Isn't a great feeling, I love when clothes that were tight are baggy!! Congrats and count your small successes!
