Default Eggs vs other protien

Can anyone tell me why we are only allowed two eggs for our evening meal when 8 ounces of any kind of meat are way more calories???

Keep in mind we're not counting calories or anything else, if you follow the diet as presented it really does work. Now look beyond the calories...
2 Xl Eggs have 171 calories; 1 cup of chicken about 213. Eggs have 12g of fat, while the chicken has 5. Eggs have 15g of protein while the chicken has 43. Now the numbers can be skewed as it's hard to compare but the end result is that the diet as it is written works. I wouldn't worry about all the details. If you want talk to you coach and get their take on it.

My coach told me that I could have 2 whole eggs plus up to 3 egg whites. I concur that you should ask for clarification from your coach.

Hello,
My coach told my daughter and I it was now--4 eggs, she crossed out the two on the list and put in 4.

My coach told us three eggs instead of two. Sounds like it's not a hard and fast rule for anyone...

I was told 1 egg and 3 to 4 egg whites. Which makes a wonderful, filling omelet, so I'm happy with it.
