Calorie counting and exercise
I stick (stuck? I'm not as strict now that I'm getting close to maintenance) to ~1200 calories a day, more if I'm hungry or exercising hard. I also exercise 5x a week and vary it every day. I get cardio and strength training in and I've been lifting heavy weights once a week and lighter weight throughout the week.
