Default Hi, i'm new here.

Hey Ladies,

I am a bellydancer and suffered an injury a couple of years ago and in one single year packed on 40+ lbs. i am shocked everyday when I go to get dressed. None of my costumes fit and they are either really expensive or have tons of hours put into them if I made them myself. i am just crushed. i know the dance is about owning it, but my 'it' has left the building.
I just rejoined weight watchers, it has worked before, but I feel like I can't relate to any of the office ladies there. I am mostly vegan, even raw, I can't relate to the products everyone talks about. aargh!
Anyway, just looking for support. I lost two pounds this week! Only f#@@%$ 47 more to go!

Good Luck to everyone! May all of our hottie dreams come true in 2012!

Two pounds is awesome!! You can definitely do this and 3FC is a really wonderful resource for cool tips and great support! Make sure that you don't take your pounds lost for granted, one of the only ways to continuously feel good about your weight loss is to, not only set realistic goals, but to make sure to acknowledge every pound as a personal victory!
