I have been stalking this board for a while reading your posts. I must say, you are all very inspiring.

I haved signed up for a consult (more of a seminar show & tell thing with food tasting) at my chiropractors on 12/28. If you join IP program that night you save some money on the products. So I plan to start January 1.

I Plan on coming back to these boards often when I start. I just felt compelled to thank you all for your inspiring words. because of you all, I am ready to start this program..

Well Carol, glad you have come out of lurking and posting. We are more than happy to have you aboard, ask any questions you would like to know. We share lots of information on here, share recipes and of course give each other TON'S of support. I do believe we are one **** of a group of people when it comes to support that is for sure, hands down! Looking forward to watching you on your journey and success with the program
