Hi all, i am new to this and am starting the plan this week just getting everything together..I will be using alternatives..I read that if you have hypothyroid you shouldnt have soy..I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to a cold breakfast cereal i could use. I have searched alot of the websites and seems they all have soy in them..Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Love this site and congrats to all!

There is actually another thread about the soy in the products, I will find it and bump it for you. I am also hypo and have no problems with the products at all and have been very successful as you can see

I, too am hypo and have had no problems!
