Lovely, I don't know how you did that, just eating ONE cookie LOL
Last friday night, the bf was begging me to make him some cookies (he helped me, of course) because he was craving for some dessert. So we made chocolat chip cookies. I brought some to my downstairs neighbor, and even with that, I ate TONS of them over the weekend.
I still managed to control my other food though... at least!
I have to admit something though.
I kinda stopped tracking.
Not completly, I'm still making decision like ''okay, time to stop now'' and mesuring my pasta/rice portions, but I'm not writing down anymore what I eat. I'm doing not so bad, I'm still loosing.
That is a super confidence boost, like I
know how to eat now, so maintaining eventually does not seem so frightening anymore!
I still have to be more carefull for the cookies, though LOL
I WI at 148.2 lbs this morning making it a 0.4 lbs loss for the last week. It's not massive, but my last week loss was huge, so 0.4 lbs is totally fine with me
Only a couple weeks left to the challenge! We can do it!
