Default Blue Team Fall Frenzy 2011 Nutritional Thread Week 12 (12/05-12/11)

This is the format for the Nutrition Journal for those who wish to utilize it. You could also add total calories for the day to the bottom of each day (if you are a calorie counter) or points (Weight Watchers), or just simply POP (perfectly on plan) ... whatever works for you ...
Just cut and paste into your own post and return each day to EDIT (update) that same post, please do not repost for each day.. Thank You!!

Tuesday- 1,313 calories, 47% protein, 26% carbs, 27% fat
Wednesday- 1,296 calories, 35% protein, 36% carbs, 29% fat
Thursday- 1,487 calories, 35% protein, 39% carbs, 26% fat
Friday- 1,093 calories, 42% protein, 34% carbs, 24% fat
Saturday- 1,336 calories, 41% protein, 38% carbs, 21% fat
