Are any U.K. members aware of a website that lists points for restaurants and takeaway items? I've been to Britain many times but have never tried to stay OP there and I'm wondering if I could get some information before I leave. I read the posts here to a "Yankee visits London" but I'm hoping to find something online.

I particularly enjoyed the Pret Manger chain during my last visit. Thanks for any information.

I just found the Pret a Manger website and they have a message posted that Weight Watchers forced them to remove "points" from their nutritional information. BAH!

I am presuming you mean Weight Watchers points? (Sorry I am Slimming World myself).

Try the WW UK website. They do points for some restaurants - although it might be just the usual pizza/takeaway places - but I think I can remember from years ago that they do some basic selections from restaurants. Give it a whirl anyway -

Other than that it might be worth contacting the UK site and asking for any publications they have with restaurant point details.

I have the Eating Out Guide (the edition before they renamed Time to Eat) - and that lists some of the items you can get from Prets. Shut if you want them! They may at least give you a rough guide.
