Happy December Gratitude friends!! I am glad you all post.
- scale went down a little.. yay
- long talk with DS yesteray... things are going well
- our Santa & Elves ladder. It looks like they are climbing up the tree. It's so cheerful.
- I am able to run my mom around now that she doesn't drive any more - it was so wise for her to move to my city.
- friends, family, YOU ALL, fb, internet, cell phone, music
- the cashier at Kroger pointed out to me that I have $77 worth of money to spend at the Kroger Market Place. I didn't know about the promotion. I must buy my items between 12/1 - 12/4. No food however... just 'stuff'.

...grateful every day to have this thread to wake up to!
...21 days to the winter solstice.
...for my friend Diane. I could just sit in her presence and feel my stress relax.
...for pushing myself to get out even in the drizzle, in the end I felt better.
...for one of those weeks that has progressively gotten better.

+ laughter with my friend Claire yesterday - she has such a great outlook on life
+ Jazz behaved beautifully at pet therapy yesterday - a very good dog
+ made the rum cake for next week's party and froze it
+ today I can finish paying the outstanding bills for the Mill
+ did more Christmas prep yesterday
+ gorgeous sunny day
+ a long and solid sleep once again
+ nice phone call from Edith who had heard about my fall

Grateful to be on plan
Grateful to not be grumpy like so many other people I know around this time of year
Grateful to have such a wonderful boyfriend
Grateful to be thinking about the holiday season
Grateful my Christmas gift shopping is done
Grateful most of the christmas presents I am making are done- Only a few more to go
Grateful I exercised tonight- It felt challenging and wonderful!
Grateful that we had 1 nice day of sun, balmy breezes and about 70 degrees out
Grateful to be living in such a beautiful place and be able to stop and look at it and enjoy it

- I got $70 worth of free goods (not food)at my Kroger Marketplace store via a promotion. It feels awesome! My mom was so excited too. She is going to give Alex one of the toys I got - for Christmas.
- I love my snowman collection. (in my family, if someone knows you like something..there's always a collection in your future.) But I really love having them out in December
- GS had is first 'snow day' of school. Those are excitng. He went sledding.
- Christmas shopping almost done.
- friends, family, YOU ALL, fb, internet, cell phone, music
- hot water is just a touch away... grateful

Good morning. I love catching up on all the submissions! I knew I should have checked in later in the day - although I wouldn't have been able to enjoy them all this morning.
...20 days until winter solstice.
...a day of easy fun that is planned for today!
...another paycheck.
...reflecting on a really good week considering how rough Monday felt.

+ although I coped OK yesterday, it felt good to have eight hours of zzz last night
+ in three hours, I did 80% of my Christmas shopping yesterday
+ lunch with Lesley M was fun
+ first snowfall - I still find it magic!
+ chatted with Shirl - she sounds "up"
+ weight is stable despite some detours
+ the village looks lovely with the Christmas lights
