Default NSV after NSV!

I'm experiencing so many non-scale victories. It's truly amazing and I'm super proud!
I am now:
*fitting into a size 18 at Old Navy
*comfortably sitting in booths at restaurants
*crossing my legs! (and not just the calf sitting on my knee position)
*walking/jogging six miles with minimal muscle soreness
*feeling good about myself and proud of myself!

I still have a ways to go, but I'm really happy with what I've accomplished so far!

That is so great!! Being able to cross my legs more comfortably was the most exciting part of my weight loss a few years ago. Keep up the great work!!

All those NSVs sure do add up to one big, happy smile on your face, don't they? Congratulations to you!

Wow, great job, your NSVs and mine are about the same right now, it's amazing how something as simple as crossing your legs can be so amazing, and so taken for granted at the same time.
When I was young and thin it never occurred to me that you could get to big to do that and I did, but now that I can do it again it makes me so happy! Keep up the good work!!!!!

Congrats! You and I are in about the same spot and I'm really enjoying all the NSVs! One of the reasons that I couldn't seem to lose weight before is that I couldn't get past how MUCH I had to lose......not realizing that I'd be rewarded along the way with such sweet victories! Keep up the great work!
