Default Picking up and moving forward?

Okay... so basically this weekend I was off the diet. I've eaten nothing but junk. I guess it could be called a binge. I've accepted it. Honestly I think I was most unhappy when I was doing the eating. Now that I'm done I feel better. Is that weird? Does that happen to you?

Anyway, I want to start over. I'm going back to school tomorrow, so my eating habits can be fixed right up. It's simple: if I don't bring any junk food in my bag to school tomorrow, I won't have any access to it.

I'd love some advice on how to get back into exercising, and even what exercises would be good, if anyone wants to give any advice.

I guess my main question is this: What do you think/do to move on from a binge? To put it behind you and to just take that first step back in the right direction?

Thanks for reading, if you did. I know this post doesn't really make sense. My stomach hurts and I'm tired... I just needed to throw my thoughts out there.

Hi, "What do you think/do to move on from a binge?"

You've lost weight already, so focus on your success not on feelings of disappointment. Go back to what worked for you when you were losing weight and the rest will follow. I still fall, stumble, crash, jump off the wagon but thank God I always want to get back on it... Eventually (smile)
