I'm starting IP tomorrow. I've read tons of information on the internet and here. I lost about 90# 2 1/2 years ago and over the past year, while trying to lose the final 10#...gained 20. Now I just want to get back to where I was. I hope starting now will help me avoid the Christmas gain I had last year. This looks like a great support forum. Any suggestions are welcome. Wish me success

Good Luck, you will do great! Stay positve and I am sure you will see fantastic results. I have only been OP for almost 2 weeks but I am already having great results. I have read a lot in these forums and this program really works. Keep your eye on the prize.

Welcome to the both of you!!!....You will see that this is the BEST decision for losing weight. The first week will be rough but don't give up it is well worth is. Lots on information along with recipes and TONS...yes I did say TONS of support.....check out the sticky's on the very first post of the daily chats.
