Moving through the holidays SBD Exercise Challenge
In this part of the world it's the time of year for short, cool days that make us want to nibble and nap. Soon the celebrations will start, with lots of tempting high fat, sugary foods and drinks. It can be a challenging time to stay focused on health and fitness. Now is the perfect time to join other Beachers in the monthly exercise challenge. It's a great way to stay accountable and challenge ourselves to move just a little more this month. So come on in, whether you are a new exerciser just getting started or an experienced workout fiend.
In my case it's the Try, try again exercise challenge. Once again I did not get near goal last month. this month DW will be in the hospital 5 days and then I will be on caretaker duty for three more weeks. I still want to move at least 30 minutes every day. I'm going to go for a lower number just knowing that my long workouts will be limited by responsibilities.
Goal: 1000 minutes, 10 arm workouts, 10 hooping
972/1000 ~ X/1- ~ X/10
1 - 50m walk
2 - 30m walk
3 - 30m Wii Fit
4 - 47m walk
5 - 60m mowing and heavy yard work
I'm in! I have a really good friend visiting and I haven't seen her in two years, so I'm really forcing myself to juggle working out with socializing. My goal is to work out 20-25 times, I'm aiming for 5-6 times a week.

Well, my goal is to complete the first 4 weeks of the Ct5k program, and to go to the gym for a strength workout twice a week. That has me exercising 5x a week.
Well for various reasons, I have yet again not reached my goal of 1 hour/day (average). It usually ends up being a half hour/day, which I guess is OK but not where I want to be. Knowing what this month has in store for me in terms of travel and work, I am only going to aim for a half an hour/day and then maybe I can finally say I met a goal. If I manage to go over, then woo hoo for me!
Current: 180 minutes
"Should" be at: 120 minutes November goal: 900 minutes
November 1 - 60 min walking
2 - 60 min walking
3 - nuttin
4 - 60 min yoga

Hi! Brand new here, but boy do I really need this challenge. Started a little late in the month, but better late than never, right?
Since I started 9 days into the month, I'll make my goal 750 mins.
