Pathetically small, really, but I went to the gym today on my lunch break even though I spent all morning being grumpy about it and really, REALLY not wanting to go. I had to tell myself, you don't have to go to the gym, just put on your gym clothes, then, you don't have to work out, you can just sit in your car, but you have to go to the gym. Then once I got there it was like, well, might as well. and now I feel GREAT!

I know it's one small thing, but it's so much easier to go to the gym when you've already accepted it, so to speak, but so much harder when you're not quite sure about it... eh. One day at a time.

I think that's awesome you did it on your lunch break when you knew you'd have the time. It's so much easier to skip if you leave it to the end of the day.

Also good to appreciate how great it made you feel after. I ALWAYS feel 10 times better about life walking out of the gym. It's just magical like that . Congrats on a not-so-little NSV!
