Question are these products ok?

Hi I've been redoing IP for about 4 days already, I just have a few questions in regards a few products I been using dueinf these days since this time I can't afford all the packets. This is what I've been using:

Sugar free jello
Mineral water or seltzer
Waist watcher ginger ale 0 on everything
Coke 0 (not diet coke)
Crystal light
Chiken/turkey broth
Powder coffee creamer
Grill chiken bacon/cesar salad w/no dressing.

Are these products ok, would they affect my weight loss, has anybody else tried them as alternatives?

Does the sugar free jello have aspartame? Not sure about the powder coffee creamer either. Everything else sounds good to me.

No on the Jello, has carbs & calories
Seltzer and ginger ale stuff but it won't replace your water.
No Coke
Cyrstal Light, I was told most was 1 a day and recommended no more then 3 a week.
Coffee-Mate no, based on 20 calories and carbs too.

Basically if its not all zeros and not on your sheet its not part of Phase 1

Powdered coffee mate is about the worst thing to take even if not on a diet plan. It is plain bad for you.

Hi everyone, thank you very much for your help, I am not sure of how many carbs or calories are in the IP jello, but I have a whole bunch of different brands here, and I just realize that some are 10 cal and 1 carb, while the other ones are only 5 cal and 0 carbs, even though they are all sugarfree, prety interesting! The coke 0 would be off my diet even though I have only use it once in 5 days and the crystal light, once in a while. The powder coffee creamer that I use has 10 cal, 1 carb per 1 tsp of serving. I don't use skim milk because I dislike the combination of it with my coffee.
