I tried a few of them out for a week. I lost 10 pounds during that time, but by the end of it I could not move for the life of me! I had to call of work because every single piece of me ached with pain every time I moved.
I also should mention I tried this program as a beginner. I would only recommend this program if you have been exercising for a good amount of time. It's an awesome program though.
